Can I connect a domain I already own?
Yes. You can keep your domain registered where it is and point it to your hosting through its DNS settings. We check the website and email connections with you before changing anything. New domain registration is separate from hosting.
Can I move my existing website?
Yes. We look at your current platform, files, database, email and account access first, then agree the move, the connection changes and any cost. Your domain can usually stay the same.
Does the hosting support WordPress?
Yes. WordPress and custom HTML websites are supported. Online stores, specialist plugins and other applications get a quick resource and compatibility check before we recommend a plan.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Free SSL encrypts the connection between your website and its visitors and shows the padlock in their browser.
Can I use business email?
Yes. Use addresses such as hello@yourbusiness.com through webmail or the mail app on your phone and computer. Tell us which addresses your team needs and we’ll help set them up.
What happens after the first 30 days?
If you want to stay, you pay the balance for the plan you chose: $11.99 for Starter, $18.99 for Premium or $26.99 for Unlimited. Your $3 already counts, so you’re covered for 13 months in total. After that, plans renew yearly at $24.99, $32.99 or $39.99. If you don’t continue, nothing else is charged.
